Shaw Thing Entertainment have been involved with and promoted events for years now. In 2007 Shaw Thing Entertainment introduced a new event to the dance scene called "Uprise". With the huge success of this event Shaw Thing Entertainment bought to Sydney Uprise The Next Dimension on 8 August 2009. The feed back given from the people that went to this event was that this was the best underground dance party that Sydney has had in years.
We would like Sydney to now get ready for Uprise The Second Birthday. Two years running now and only getting stronger, with the first international booking of Francesco Zeta (Italy). Francesco Zeta (Argese Francesco) was born in 1981 in Torino Italy. Where In 1999 he started to work as a Deejay at a local club in the north west of Italy,
playing Techno / Trance Music. In 2001 he started to work as a freelance artist, playing Hardstyle at various clubs in his area. At the beginning of 2003 he began to produce his own tracks and released several tracks on vinyls & CDs. Some releases of course under an alias because of the various music styles and Labels. In 2006 he collaborated with Dalay Communication and was soon found spinning in all of Italy. By 2007, thanks to DJ Activator, he started a collaboration with EDINET Publishing Group & KATTIVA records and in 2008, his productions were already a great success worldwide. It was then that he began to work among the artists of ACTIVA records. With the co production of "fear & dark", and the anthem of E-fect "Volerς", also in 2008 his DJ career picked up and he is now spinning in foreign countries all over the world England, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland & Denmark to name a few. Francesco Zeta has now signed with All Dance Bookings and again is taking his career to the next level. Expect much much more from this Italian mix master.

If you were at Uprise The Next Dimension you would have seen the amount of production that was put into that venue, well this time, we are putting more. We would like you to get ready for the return of illFX. IllFX was a legend from the past time, they said good bye in an emotional final set at Scooter in November 2007. These guys have staged at events such as Utopia, Godspeed, Fantasia, Two Tribes and so many more, with the hard pounding hardcore that they provide, expect nothing less then perfection from DJ Marcos who has been in the scene for around a decade, DJ Cram and MC Lee. These boys have been best mates for so long and have been ready to pump the roof of a party since there good bye and at Uprise The Second Birthday youll be seeing just that.

Production: For this event we have brought Aurora Productions in to be in charge of the sound and lighting. Shaw Thing Entertainment is very passionate about leaving the punters with the "wow" factor and with Uprise: The Second Birthday we feel you will be more impressed. Come along and experience the special atmosphere we are going to create.
Each room is going to have a new feel to it. An Ultraviolet room will be on display at this event so make sure you wear some white clothes to make this room look amazing.
Venue: Since we received nothing but awesome feedback about the venue from Uprise The Next Dimension we have decided to bring the party back again. We have also hired the venue next door to make this event even bigger then the last one.
