I was thinking of popping into Subbies to get a stamp then going and watching NL v Brazil at Darling Harbour then hang out with whoever is at or around Subbies between the games then watch the Ghana v Uruguay game at 4 somewhere nearby. Want to join me?
Also, I read somewhere recently that Home/Tokio had some "Holland House" thing on for all of NL's group stage matches.. does anyone know anything about this or know if it will be on for the NL v Brazil game??? I will be so bummed if I missed out on Dutch snack bar food. I want you all to try it all (if they have it), I can't begin to describe how naughty and delicious it all is!

Does sound like a pretty good Idea. I wouldnt mind seing a game at darling harbour. Let alone a world cup game in general (I feel guilty about missing so many).
and the dutch food does only sweeten the deal. Local food in holland is pretty good, and by that i mean the cheese and chocolate. They better have some of that botterletter stuff i think its called, that was mad.
Anyway I'll let you know tomorrow

Hey what's the "Rooftop Terrace Bar" at Home? Is there one that isn't in the Sublime section?
The Holland House thing is on but I think it's in the main part of Home and Tokio and the 'rooftop terrace bar' but I don't know what that is.
Also, YUM they are serving bitterballen, broodje croquette, broodje frikandel (though I don't think they will have the proper frikandel) and sate! YUMYUMYUM.
But it's $35 entry and I don't want to pay that because I'm a pauper 
Also, they are playing the game on screens all around the place but will they stop all the music, etc for it??

Ok so apparently Holland House is separate and just has the rooftop terrace till 10:45 then moves to the main part of Home. Tickets are $35ea which is too expensive for me so I'll just watch the game at Darling Harbour and come into Subbies for a little bit at some point to say hello.
I will still miss your guys' set though regardless. Phew!
